Works instantly. I place it under my tongue and after a few seconds I am feeling relaxed. The taste isn't the greatest so I do have to chase it with water.

Boluoke is the top rated Lumbrokinase supplement but very expensive, especially if you are like me taking 6 capsules daily (2 capsules 3x daily) to try to reverse Atherosclerosis.
