Contains 0.65g of Plant Sterol Esters per capsule (supplying 1.3g of Plant Sterol Esters per day). ModuChol consist of plant sterol esters to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.* Foods containing at least 0.65g per serving of plant sterol esters, eaten twice a day, for a total intake of 1.3 g, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels. Taking two caps daily ModuChol supplies 1.3g of plant sterol esters per day.
