Great essential mineral

This is a wonderful yet essential mineral! I use this for my little one that had constipation. Despite a very clean and gluten, grain, soy and dairy free eating, she experienced constipation. She no longer has any issues. She is able to poop several times a day and the stools are normally formed. She sits on the toilet and poops. No more straining. I whole heartily recommend this Magnesium Citrate!
