Jarrow Formulas Golden Tea is a mixable powder in an almond flour and coconut milk base plus organic turmeric, cinnamon, organic ginger root and a hint of black pepper. Suggested Use

Directions: Step 1 - Put 1 heaping scoop of golden tea into a cup. Step 2 - Stir in 4-6 oz of warm or hot fluid.
