Cellulose is an excellent source of insoluble fiber, which can support bowel function.* Unlike soluble fiber, insoluble fiber is not readily fermented into short chain fatty acids, and has no effect on cholesterol levels.* Insoluble fiber does not feed undesirable bacteria.*

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 tsp mixed w/ water, taken 2-3 times/day before meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Sensitive individuals may want to start w/ less.
