CoCurcumin is a natural coconut flavored drink mix that uses traditional methods to enhance the bioavailability of curcuminoids. Curcumin is difficult for the body to absorb. Absorption of curcumin has been shown to improve when it is consumed with fats, which enhance absorption since curcumin is highly lipophilic.
