Formulated with organic coconut oil and vitamin E, Transitions provides optimal moisture to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Suggested Use

Directions: Apply 1/2 teaspoon of creme to the face and neck of freshly cleansed skin, each evening or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
