Calcium (MCHA)

This is one of the best calcium supplements to build bones.It is highly bioavailable, and is structurally closest to our bones and teeth.
It is best if there is sufficient Vitamin D and Vitamin K which are needed to transport this calcium to the bones. Can supplement the K and D if needed, and is OK with you physician.
