Old Remedy but still Effective!

I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar in one form or another for many years. It started with liquid Apple Cider Vinegar & lemon first thing each morning. Now I take the "Now" capsules. These are easier to swallow and appear to be just as effective. The anti-oxidant properties, weight loss potential, and anti-inflammatory properties work well for me.
