Rare it has been for me to find a Vitamin E supplement brand that is beyond the standard Vitamin E, which often consists only of d-alpha tocopheryl. But Life Extension Gamma E is an exception. It offers a more comprehensive blend of of Vitamin E, containing a mix of E tocopherol and tocotrienols.. I'm happy using a trusted product that has more of the essential compounds I feel is a boost to my wellness, with all its anti-inflammatory properties.
