Berberine for cholesterol level

I'm sorry to say that despite being soy free and thus recommended by my endocrinologist, it upsets my stomach.😥 I have read positive things about; however, do not if it is wise to continue taking because of the immediate queesiness. The smell of the capsules also makes me queasy.. I will have to consult my specialist. Thank you
