Active B-Complex by Integrative Therapeutics

This supplement contains the bio-available forms of several of the B vitamins that we need. For example, the needed B6 is pyridoxyl-5-phosphate which the body recognizes for its use. B6 is shelf stable so in a lot of food products
However, with my genetic SNP, B6 is not properly converted to the P-5-P
that is the usable form recognized by body receptors. So IT WORKS!
