Will I really lose weight?

The answer is a qualified YES!!

You will lose weight if your body requires weight loss.  There are some people that only need to adjust their body composition, not their total weight.  In other words, their total weight is fine but they have too much fat and not enough muscle.  In this case we find that people lose fat, lose inches (especially around their waist) and gain muscle.

Most people that we work with come to us with the express intent of losing weight… and as long as they stick with the program they do lose weight… and fat… and inches.
