How long does the program last?

We like to see people commit to a 12-week program.  We think that 3 months is a fair time to see enough results so that you know you are on the right track.  In 12 weeks we fully expect that you will have significant weight and inches lost and should see positive changes in things like blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, etc.

After the initial 12 weeks it is common for people to continue on the “aggressive” program until they meet their final goals and then to do a maintenance program after that.

Many people come to realize that this sort of eating and lifestyle program is ideal for them and they see no reason to stop and every reason to continue in some fashion.

We have no desire to help someone lose weight (or lower their blood pressure or cholesterol or sugar, etc) and then see them go back to the very lifestyle that caused them to need to lose weight or change their blood indicators in the first place.
