Osteoporosis – Understanding how nature intended things to work

Jun 19, 2012 @ 7:00 pm EDT - 8:00 pm EDT

Free

Our bodies are designed to ultimately do whatever is necessary to preserve life – a concept called homeostasis. Many chronic diseases are actually the result of this process in action. Osteoporosis is the perfect example of this.

We have been tricked by medicine into thinking that taking a calcium supplement is all that is needed to prevent, or even treat, thinning bones as we age. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In this webinar Brian will educate you about the underlying biochemistry that leads to the building and breaking down of bone. Fully understanding how nature intended you to build and maintain strong bones will empower you to be able to make the changes necessary to keep your bones strong for a lifetime; and even to reverse osteoporosis, regardless of your age.

Brian will go over all of the vitamins and minerals that are needed to build bone properly, the factors (including which prescription medicines) that lead to bone thinning, the proper type of exercise required to instruct your body to build bone, how diet affects this problem, and how & why the medicines that doctors are prescribing for osteoporosis are actually making the problem worse!
