Just cutting down on calories may help you lose weight; but what are you actually losing? Knowing and understanding “body composition” is the key to healthy weight loss!
With our Healthy Transformations program, we constantly measure your body composition with a tool called Bioelectric Impedance Analysis. This way we are able to verify that the weight you lose is fat! We are also able to monitor your resting metabolic rate to make sure that your metabolism isn’t tanking as you lose.
Grain-based carbs are just not good for you.
With our Healthy Transformations program, the foods that you eat are monitored in a way that guarantees that the calories you eat will lead to fat loss and increased energy and metabolism.
With our Healthy Transformation program, you get everything you need in regards to nutritional supplements, including; a high-quality, food-sourced multi-vitamin, healthy fats, vitamin D-3, and a potent probiotic.

“Amazing between the education and the support of the staff and other dieters to learn what was not helpful about how I used to eat both in the house and at inexpensive restaurants.
“Finding a manageable set of foods I could eat and prepare with the help of the program staff as the program looked impossible. I do not like to cook and did not like many of the low glycemic vegetables allowed. It is a little monotonous but very doable. Both in the clinical trial, and our experience with our patients, it is fair to expect to loose anywhere from 10-14% of your body weight in the first 3 months of our Healthy Transformations program.
What’s the next step?
Once you’ve decided that it is time to add some calories back to your diet (whether that is after the initial 3 months, or at some point further down the road – because you are doing so well) we will help determine the proper number of calories and food plan for you to meet your continued goals. You will also continue to receive all of our support, including body composition checks, to make sure you are able to continue to loss fat, maintain muscle and feel better and better.

Jill Prevas is a Certified Health Coach. Jill received her health coaching education from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in New York City and her BSN from The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.
